Dr. Chehrehsa was born and raised in Gilroy. After graduating from Leland High School, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Santa Clara University. He attended dental school at NYU, then completed his 4-year surgical residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Montefiore Medical Center in New York. Dr. Chehrehsa was inducted to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) National Dental Honor Society for his academic achievements. He was involved in research while at Montefiore, and has research published in the Journal Of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Chehrehsa received formal training in facial aesthetic surgery, as well as general surgery, medicine, trauma and reconstructive procedures.
Dr. Chehrehsa dual board certified - he is a fellow of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology, a diplomate of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, and a certified CPR/Basic Life support instructor.
Dr. Chehrehsa has a special interest in full mouth dental implant surgery and leads study clubs throughout the area on the topic.
He has traveled throughout the world to train with the leading full arch surgeons in the world.
Dr. Chehrehsa is viewed as one of the leading full arch surgeons in the local dental community.

Joseph C. McMurray, DMD, MBA, is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons that has been serving the South Valley (Gilroy and Morgan Hill) area since 1997.
Dr. McMurray received his Bachelor of Arts degree at Pt. Loma Nazarene College. He went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the prestigious Washington University, in St. Louis School of Dental Medicine, where he received numerous awards for academics and research.
Dr. McMurray then pursued his passion for surgery by completing his 4 year residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Southern California (LAC) medical center, which ranks among the top 10 in the US out of nearly 5,000 hospitals evaluated by US New and World Report.
Only two highly qualified candidates are invited to train yearly at USC’s Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program. And during his residency, he trained alongside medical residents in internal medicine, general surgery, anesthesiology, plastic surgery, otolaryngology(ear, nose, and throat), emergency medicine, and other specialty areas and received intensive training in dentoalveolar surgery (extraction of wisdom teeth, complicated extractions), maxillofacial trauma and reconstruction, orthognathic (corrective jaw) surgery, head and neck pathology, and dental implant surgery.
Learning is a lifelong passion for Dr. McMurray. He holds an MBA degree from Pepperdine University – one of the nation’s premier graduate business schools. His passion for surgery is only equaled with his commitment to a business based on a foundation of high ethical standards.
